How did Parkowe Wzgórze come into existence?
Parkowe Wzgórze residential complex (Park Hill project) comprising detached and semi-detached houses was built by the company Parkowe Wzgórze Sp. z o.o., established for this purpose by the investors Terra Casa S.A. and ING Estate Development. At present the project is realised by Terra Casa S.A.

The urban and architectural concept of the residential complex was prepared in accordance with the highest standards of detached housing by the architectural bureau from Warsaw - JEMS Architekci, the authors of the executed design of Agora building in Warsaw.
